Work Questions

In the application, you can create multiple stages for one journal. For each stage, you assign a responsible employee in the journal editing mode. Thus, different employees can be responsible for filling out different parts of the journal.
Users are identified through their phone number, which is linked to their account. Confirmation is done through two-factor authentication.
Creating the First Stage:
Go to the "Stages" section and click "Add Stage".
Name the first stage (e.g., "Primary Control").
Assign a responsible employee and specify the indicators they need to fill.
Save the first stage.
Creating the Second Stage:
Add a second stage (e.g., "Verification and Confirmation").
Assign another responsible employee to verify the data.
Specify which indicators this employee should confirm or adjust.
Save the stage.
Activate and save the journal.
Open the journal from which you want to export data.
Go to the journal options menu.
Select the "Export" option.
In the window that opens, select the Excel format.
After that, the file will be automatically saved to the device's memory.
The application sends notifications to responsible persons when deviations from established norms are detected. These notifications are configured through control rules.
Journals can be edited and created by users with administrative rights. Other employees can only enter data into already created journals if they are assigned as responsible for stages.
Go to the "QR Codes" section.
Select the "Add QR Code" option.
In the menu, select "QR Code for Autofill".
Specify the parameters for autofill, such as control zone or indicators (e.g., temperature, humidity).
Save the settings and click "Generate".
After that, the QR code can be printed and placed on the desired control zone.
To activate an employee, you need to add their data to the application through the "Users" section. After adding, the employee will gain access to the application through their phone number and will be able to perform actions assigned to them in the system.
Journals are filled through the mobile application. The employee scans the QR code and enters data, such as temperature or humidity, according to the specified parameters. The entered data is saved in the journal. The journal can also be filled through the web version on a computer via the "Fill Journal" button.
Yes, employees can view journals through the application. To do this, you need to scan the QR code and select the "View Journal" option to see all previous entries and data.
